What are the ingredients?
Medicinal ingredients:
- ROSELLA (Lactiplantibacillus plantarum) 5 billion CFU
- Vitamin D3 1000IU
Non-medicinal ingredients:
- Potato starch
- Hypromellose
- Magnesium stearate
- Ascorbic acid
- Sucrose
- Yeast
The Muna oral probiotic is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergen-free.
What is the evidence for L. plantarum in vaginal health?
L. plantarum (ROSELLA) is a unique probiotic strain isolated from healthy vaginal flora. It has been studied in over 800 women in 6 clinical studies. In combination or not with conventional treatments for yeast infections (candidiasis), women saw an improvement in yeast infections with a decrease in symptoms including less swelling, redness, burning, or itching. This probiotic strain can also help reduce the risk of recurrence of vaginal yeast infections.
Why include Vitamin D?
Vitamin D plays an important role in immune system functioning. A 2020 clinical study demonstrated a correlation between Vitamin D deficiency and an increased risk of recurrent vaginal yeast infections in Black women. Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common and we feel our customers will benefit from a combination product that targets this common deficiency and also helps with the management of recurrent yeast infections.
How often should I take the Muna probiotic?
We suggest that you take one capsule once per day at any time of day. If you are taking antibiotics, take Muna 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns once goods have left our facilities.
